KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori demanded 40 percent pay raise for government employees in his letter to Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah. Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori wrote another letter to CM Murad Ali Shah, demanding hike in salaries of government employees. He demanded to fix salary of each government employee at Rs 50,000 per month. He said that common man is facing financial hardships due to skyrocketing inflation, whereas, crops were also affected due to recent floods. He stated that inflation was increased due to fluctuations in demand and supply.

Tessori said that hoarding and inflation worsened financial condition of common man, therefore, government should hike salaries of workers.

Earlier Governor penned down letter to Chief Minister Murad and raised objection over committee constituted to regularise goths, noting that all political parties of province should be part of committee.
