Rahat Fateh Ali Khan definitely has huge fan following in Pakistan owing to his great talent and family he hails from but he has and even bigger following in India. People love his magical voice and he has been one of top singers in Bollywood in past two decades. He has also performed their live many times and is household name.

But he was once arrested at Delhi airport and it became breaking news in both India and Pakistan. It was case by government there as he was leaving with undeclared foreign currency through airport over allowed limit.

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan in his latest interview has shared that he was unaware of their laws and that became cause for that whole episode. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan also shared that government of Pakistan was really helpful at that time and everything got cleared up.
