Rabi-ul-Awwal’s preparation meeting held, Administrator DMC East assures proper civic facilities

Karachi: A meeting of religious scholars and officers held regarding providing possible municipal facilities on Rabi-ul-Awwal with Administrator DMC East Rahmatullah Sheikh in chair.

Municipal Commissioner Faheem Khan and notable scholars participated in meeting. Various complaints came under discussion regarding District East including encroachments, streetlights, road repair, sewerage and others. It was noted by concerned departments and in this regard orders were given by Administrator to resolve on priority.  

Administrator said that in month of Prophet (Peace be Upon Him), we are united to perform municipal services wholeheartedly and instead of verbal claims, we should perform services with religious spirit.   Administrator informed participants that issues that have been brought forward even if it is related to any other department would also be resolved.  

He asked to inform about issues on Direct WhatsApp message on his personal number.  Dr. Jameel Rathore appreciating services of Administrator said that his services are admirable and it is hoped that he will prove it by resolving issues with his words and actions.   Religious scholars and organisers of procession along with Superintending Engineer Salman Memon, Senior Executive Engineer Imtiaz Bhutto, Directors Toqeer Abbas, Hammad ND Khan, Dr. Zaratash Parveen, Sohail Sadiq, Zafar Iqbal, Aghasmir Assistant Executive Engineers Rashid Fayaz, Muhammad Haroon participated.
