LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Imran Khan respects law and he will appear before court. Shah Mahmood Qureshi along with other PTI leaders held an important meeting with Punjab Chief Secretary. Meeting was also attended by Inspector General Punjab Dr Usman Anwar and Deputy Inspector General Sohail Sukhera.

Qureshi said that they respect courts and he will appear before court today. While talking to journalists, he said that they discussed matters related to PTI rally at Minar-e-Pakistan with provincial Chief Secretary. He added that they held session with Chief Secretary following directives of court.

Earlier in day, Lahore administration rejected an application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf seeking permission to hold power show at Lahore’s Minar-e-Pakistan on March 19.

District Commissioner Lahore penned down letter to PTI leader and former minister Hammad Azhar, refusing to grant permission for holding power show at Minar-e-Pakistan.
