Punjab Police appoints Shadab Khan as its brand ambassador

LAHORE: Shadab Khan, the all-rounder of the national cricket team, has been appointed as its brand ambassador by the Punjab Police.

Spokesperson of Punjab Police said that national cricketer Shadab Khan met IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar at Central Police Office and donned police uniform. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar and Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry have installed Shadab Khan on the rank of Honorary DSP, the all-rounder also saluted IG Punjab after being appointed Honorary DSP.

Shadab Khan said that it is an honor for me to be appointed as brand ambassador by IG Punjab, I will try to play my role fully by being associated with Punjab Police.

He said that he will always be available for Punjab Police when needed, never thought that he will become a part of Punjab Police. Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmad Chaudhry made Shadab Khan visit various parts of the Central Police Office and provided information about various working areas. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that many famous athletes and sportsmen have been a part of Punjab Police in the past.
