LAHORE: Minister of Interior Rana Sanaullah threatened to seal Chief Minister House if Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi evades vote of no-confidence motion.

Speaking to media here, he lambasted Punjab Assembly Sibtain Khan, claiming that Sibtain’s viewpoint on Punjab Governor’s decision to summon PA was wrong and contrary to fundamental principles.

“Punjab Governor has authority to summon PA. If Parvez Elahi will not take vote of confidence, then Punjab Governor has authority to announce election of new CM”, Sanaullah added.

Taking a dig at PTI leadership Sanaullah said, “When your own CM says that 99 percent of lawmakers are against dissolution of assemblies, so only option left for opposition was to bring vote of no-confidence motion.”

Lambasting PTI Chief Imran Khan over his decision of dissolution of assemblies, Sanaullah said, “An insane person lefts no stone unturned to put situation of Punjab at stakes.”
