If elections are not held within 90 days then caretaker government of Punjab will stand abolished. Caretaker government will become illegal, he said this while giving reaction to SC decision here yesterday.
He said that majority decision is correct and good omen. Election Commission is basic factor in this matter. EC has to make consultation too. SC decision will have to be implemented. Nothing is left with High Court following decision of SC, he remarked.
