MULTAN: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi fired broadside at Pakistan Democratic Movement. Qureshi lashed out at political opponents, claiming, “By disassociating Imran Khan, looters were given clean-chit.” Recalling demand of general elections, Qureshi said that there was dire need of snap and transparent general elections”. Qureshi also schooled NA Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, saying, “Raja Pervaiz Ashraf was following agenda that was assigned to him.”

“Rulers want to take power by ending corruption cases against them. Nation was also witnessing how corruption cases against leaders were kept on ending.”

Taking dig at Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz supremo Nawaz Sharif, Qureshi said, “Nawaz escaped country with an excuse of illness.” He also lamented, “Corruption cases against Sharif family continued to end.”
