PTI-govt’s IMF agreement behind hyperinflation: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government’s IMF agreement behind hyperinflation in country. Addressing PML-N parliamentary party meeting he said that government have met IMF demands and consultations are in progress on last IMF condition.
He lambasted PTI chief Imran Khan over his IMF deal on strict conditions. He said that current inflation is because of previous government’s deal with IMF. Imran Khan then violated agreement and suspended deal with IMF, he added. Prime Minister applauded friendly countries’ support but criticised Imran Khan for ruining country’s economy. He blamed PTI Chief used bad words for foreign premiers and accused China of corruption, China has invested $ 30 billion in Pakistan.
Furthermore, he refuted rumours regarding resuming trade relations with Israel and condemned those who spread this fake news.
