ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb while dubbing media seminar by Imran’s Khan a hypocrisy has said it has to be decided by media now if they have to attend or otherwise seminar of a person who has snatched pen from media men, removed them from screen and deprived them of jobs. 

“Media enemy should feel ashamed of holding seminar. Imran Khan is an economic murderer of journalists. He perpetrated anti media policies while sitting on chair of Prime Minister. His era was blackest era for media. He is liar, corrupt, foreign agent, media enemy and hypocrite, she remarked. 

She inquired it has now to be decided by media if they have to attend seminar of person or not who used NAB against media. They have to decide they have to participate or otherwise in seminar by founder of Pakistan Media Regulatory Authority.  NAB was used against Mir Shakil ur Rehman for weakening the media. She said it is up to PFUJ, CPNE and PBA whether to attend media weakening seminar or not. CPNE report 2020, international media watch and RSF 2021 reports testify media enmity of Imran Khan. 

International media watch has declared Imran Khan fascist. Imran Khan broke ribs of journalists, kidnapped them and crushed media freedom. He got parliament locked and controlled media through NAB besides rendering media workers jobless, she underlined.
