PSX achieves record high, breaks through 53,500 barriers

In Karachi, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) saw a bullish trend as the KSE-100 index rose by 1.39 percent on the first business day of the week, reaching an "all-time high" and surpassing the 53,500 milestone, as reported by ARY News.
According to market analysis, the KSE-100 index experienced a 737-point increase, closing at 53,860.36 points on Monday, reflecting a 1.39 percent rise from the previous close of 53,123.03 points on Friday.
Throughout the day, shares from 365 companies were traded, with 253 companies recording positive gains, 97 showing negative trends, and 15 remaining unchanged.
The market's highest point today was 53,938 points, while the lowest point reached was 53,166 points.
