Priyanka reveals how she stepped into film industry without experience

Priyanka Chopra discussed how she entered film industry despite having no acting experience or education. Chopra freely discussed it on She Pivots podcast. She admitted that she had no acting education, knowledge, or experience when she first entered field. Throughout her adventure, she learned everything.

'I didn't have experience of movie industry or glamour industry or entertainment at all. At that time, it was just instinctual and my instinct just told me, I've got to learn, I've got to observe, I've got to see where I am and just survive. I never went to acting school. I learned on job.'

After establishing good reputation in Bollywood, Citadel actor began her career all over again when she entered Hollywood film industry. She described it as dangerous action. 'It was big risk. You know, I had relatively relevant career in India, [but] I was compelled to pivot and come to States.' 'And so success and my relationship with success and what it means has been different at different times, as it is with everyone," Chopra continued.
