Karachi: Irfan Memon politician and businessman in exclusive talks with ‘Daily National Courier’ said, "There is no other way out to salvage country from current crises except to declare Martial Law or to pave way for introducing Presidential form of government in Pakistan". He said that holding elections are not absolute solution of issues being confronted by the country.

Eyeing on Pakistan Armed Forces, Memon said "Nation is looking toward you-'Establishment', to bring out country from the plethora of crises and incompetent present government and added that only Presidential form of government is answer to it."

Memon said "Finance Minister Ishaq Dar before assuming the charge of the ministry came up with many tall and lofty claims and now he is begging and taking guarantees from all over the world to get  International Monetary Fund conditions fulfilled for seeking loan".

Before becoming Minister, Dar was of opinion that economy would be put on right path but today situation is entirely different, he asserted.

Irfan Memon while recalling back the words of former President and COAS “Gen Pervez Musharraf (late) that after him Almighty Allah only to care Pakistan and this narrative has turned out to be true in the prevailing situation of our country”.

Memon also opined that "All lawmakers in the country are incompetent and doing nothing to get rid of this menace and they all now falls under the ambit of Article 6 of Constitution."

Irfan Memon requested Pakistan Armed Forces to play their role in this difficult time and save the country and its people as the entire nation and the business community have full faith on Pakistan Army and we all stands firm with our forces.

He added that thru your (Armed Forces) support the confidence of business community will also be restored and masses will take sigh of relief, he asserted. He said country is  passing through multifaceted crises, on one hand economy is on downtrend, political indifferences are on rise and the entire populace are braving inflation besides our brave soldiers are sacrificing their lives to safeguard our frontiers and in curbing the menace of  terrorism, he commented.

He claimed, "Through Presidential form of government country can be put on right path. Current government came into power on shoulders of Establishment and past government also admits same".

He appealed to all political parties, national institutions and forces to ponder how to bring out country from current 'box of crises' and they should shun their difference for sake of country and its people.
