PPP to grab maximum seats from District Central in upcoming LB polls: Masroor Ahsan

KARACHI: Ahead of upcoming by-elections in Karachi and in line with other political parties, Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) has geared up all possible efforts to get sure shot success with a higher margin in District Central.
In this regard, a corner meeting was held recently in UC-8, Alfalah North Nazimabad Block A, which was headed by Masroor Ahsan, PPP District Central President. During meeting various matters were discussed related to active participation of workers and supporters in different election campaigns. PPP District Central President talking exclusively to Daily National Courier said, “It is not just about winning or losing in elections, what we actually believe is to serve masses without any discrimination and working for people through utmost sincerity and commitment.” He said that time has now arrived to bring a drastic improvements, developments and changes in entire infrastructure of city through collective efforts of all stakeholders.
In past years, Karachi was set aside in several ways, those who were overseeing administrative and civic tasks for long did not provided any relief to people in right way, but I assure you that this time, all nominated candidates of Pakistan Peoples’ Party will try their level best to bring ease to people by resolving all core issues in an organised manner and without any prejudice and hoped that PPP this time will attain maximum seats from District Central Karachi in upcoming local government elections, said Masroor Ahsan. Nominated candidates from UC-8, Alfalah North Nazimabad Town includes Sahibzada Khan for UC Chairman’s slot, Abdur Razzaq Cheema for UC Vice Chairman and Shaikh Muhammad Amir Akbar for slot of UC Counselor.
