The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has finalized its electoral manifesto, expected to be unveiled by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, reported by a private news channel.

With the general elections scheduled for February 8, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is currently scrutinizing the submitted nomination papers, following the December 24 deadline.

Sources indicate that PPP's manifesto for the 2024 general elections has been crafted after consultations with experts. The announcement, likely to be made by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, is anticipated either during a public gathering in Larkana to commemorate the death anniversary of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto or in Karachi.

PPP’s manifesto, designed in a booklet format, highlights achievements of its previous government, such as rehabilitating flood victims through new housing, expanding the Benazir Income Support Program, and introducing youth, labor, and farmer card extensions.

The manifesto echoes the slogan “Bilawal ayega rozgar layega,” emphasizing poverty alleviation, social security, power generation, employment growth, and industry subsidy packages.

In other developments, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's nomination papers from NA-194 Larkana have been approved without objections, as confirmed by Jameel Ahmed Soomro, the political secretary of the PPP chairman.
