LAHORE: PML-N decided to field its candidates on all seats in province in connection with Punjab Assembly (PA) polls. PML-N quaid Nawaz Sharif said tickets for election will be awarded on merit and ideological workers will not be ignored. Sources said that final selection of candidates will be mad on recommendations of parliamentary board and after interview.  Nawaz Sharif will himself preside over parliamentary board meeting.

As per sources Nawaz Sharif made telephonic contact with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz. Nawaz Sharif talking in details about election in Punjab Assembly directed to launch election campaign for Punjab Assembly election forcefully. According to PML-N sources PML-N has decided to field its candidates on all seats of Punjab Assembly.

In this regard Maryam Nawaz sent her recommendations to Nawaz Sharif with reference to selection of candidates throughout province.
