PML-N MPA Rai Haider Ali joins PTI

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz former member of Punjab Assembly Rai Haider Ali Khan joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Ali who elected from PA 101 Jaranwala constituency in 2018 elections, held meeting with PTI Chairman Imran Khan at his Zaman Park residence and made announcement of leaving PML-N.
Imran welcomed former MPA to his party. Development comes days after PML-N stalwart Pir Muhammad Aminul Hasnat Shah joined Imran Khan-led led party. Shah, who has served as minister of state for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony during previous tenure of PML-N government from 2013-18, announced his decision at press conference along with PTI’s top leadership Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Asad Umar and Fawad Chaudhry in his hometown, Bhera.
