PML-N gearing up to make Nawaz Sharif’s return historic

LAHORE: Welcoming announcement of Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan, crucial meeting of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz held under chairmanship of party’s Chief Organiser and senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz affirmed that three-time Prime Minister would pull country out of crises it was in.

Meeting took stock of preparations and arrangements being made to welcome party Nawaz Sharif, warned nation to beware of tricksters, liars, fraudsters and propaganda run by Toshakhana thieves.

Participants of meeting, including former members of National and provincial assemblies and party ticket holders were of considered view that only Nawaz Sharif could offset dark clouds of economic woes, inflation and unemployment blanketing country.

In their fiery speeches, PML-N leaders asserted that only Nawaz Sharif could alleviate economic sufferings of masses, arguing that he was only one who delivered on his promises.

They said that people of Punjab-once considered power bastion of PML-N were waiting anxiously to accord rousing welcome to their friend. Speakers observed that in past leaders and workers of PML-N were penalised for their selfless service to anation. Participants paid tribute to struggle of Nawaz Sharif and his companions. During meeting, attendants presented proposals and ideas to make moment of Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan historic. Nawaz Sharif is set to return to Pakistan on October 21.
