ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC)’s new council finally restored saked employees who were terminated by giving golden handshake forcibly. After having notification from Prime Minister on recommendation of search committee, 1st meeting of newly appointed council was held on September 7, 2022, wherein matter of employees who were given compulsory golden hand shake without their consent. 

On directions of Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination Abdul Qadir Patel a committee comprising of Jawad Amin Khan Chairman and Shabbir Kasbati was constituted by council who considered case and after detailed deliberation, committee approved reinstatement of employees who were given unlawful compulsory golden hand shake. Minister emphasised that as per policy of Pakistan Peoples’ Party employees have a right to equal treatment with respect to employment without discrimination. Minister went an extra mile in order to reinstate forcibly dismissed employees.
