PM, Zardari discuss political situation

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and former President Asif Ali Zardari discussed overall political situation of country. Former President called upon Prime Minister, PM Office Media Wing said in press release. During meeting, Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar, Minister for Economic Affairs Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Minister for Railway Khawaja Saad Rafique and Senator Salim Mandviwala were also present.

Meanwhile, Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi called on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. Premier greeted Naqvi on assuming post of caretaker Punjab Chief Minister and expressed his best wishes.

“It is hoped that you would fulfil your constitutional obligation in way consistent with efficiency and contribute to making electoral process unbiased and transparent,” said PM Shehbaz.
