PM confident his UAE visit to turn bilateral ties into strategic partnership

ABU DHABI: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said his visit to United Arab Emirates (UAE) would help turn bilateral relations between two countries into strategic partnership.

Talking to delegation of Pakistan Business Council in UAE, he termed as successful his meetings with UAE leadership. Shehbaz Sharif expressed satisfaction that Pakistani businessmen in UAE, through their hard work and dedication were bringing positive name to their homeland.

He encouraged delegation to carry out an investment in Pakistan in areas including energy, real estate, information technology, alternative energy, food processing, tourism, etc. He also invited them to visit Pakistan with proposals for investment and business.

Members of delegation expressed their confidence in economic policies of government and showed interest in doing business in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, a delegation of Pakistan Business Council (UAE) called on Shehbaz Sharif. Prime Minister said that he was happy to know that Pakistani businessmen were bringing their own and Pakistan’s name to light in United Arab Emirates through their hard work and experience. Prime Minister said that his meetings with leadership of United Arab Emirates were successful.

Meeting was attended by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Commerce Minister Syed Naveed Qamar, Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif and government officials.
