Karachi: Competitions including posters, quiz, poetry, music and theatre were organised by Department of Pharmacy Iqra University-North Campus.

Chief guest PPMA Central Chairman Farooq Bukhari addressing day-one ‘PharmaFest” appreciated creativity and quality of education of students. He exhorted students to gain maximum experience and competence in practical field as well.

Former chairman of PPMA Sheikh Kaiser Waheed expressing happiness over organising of event said that it is his second visit and he would like to congratulate Pharmacy department for polishing students’ abilities at high scale.

Dr. Tanveer Ahmed member of Pharmacy Council of Pakistan said that field of pharmacy is very vast and there are many job opportunities for pharmacists in various fields.

He called such competitions very important for mental development of young students.
