Pakistan needs justice not PTI: MQM-P

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan Convener Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui expressed his concerns about possible state of emergency in country. He blamed everyone for bringing country to this state. Speaking at an event here, MQM-P Chief said that country’s quota system was 50 years old and needed to be updated.
He also stated that Pakistan had both democracy and feudal system, but feudal system had failed. He insisted that country needed unity to save itself from oppression. Khalid Siddiqui expressed reservations regarding census, saying that population of Sindh was decreasing in census.
He questioned justification of government’s existence if it could not conduct census properly. Moreover, judiciary also came under fire as Khalid Siddiqui stated that Pakistan needed ‘insaf’ (justice) and not Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). He asserted that only justice could unite country and lead it towards prosperous future.
MQM-P Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui’s speech focused on need for unity and justice in Pakistan to overcome challenges faced by country.
