Beijing: Pakistan secured a commanding 5-2 victory over South Korea in the third-place match of the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy winning the bronze medal, held in China.

Pakistan’s Sufyan Khan and Hanan Shahid were the stars of the game, each scoring twice, while Roman added one goal to round off Pakistan’s tally. The team demonstrated an impressive performance, maintaining control throughout the match. South Korea managed to score twice, but Pakistan’s relentless offensive pressure led to a 4-2 lead before sealing the game with a fifth goal. The victory solidified Pakistan’s third-place finish in the tournament, capping off a strong campaign. India defeated South Korea with 4-1 in the second semi-final. India will be receiving fifth Asian Champions Trophy if it will bel to defeat rival China in the final match of the Hockey Champions tournament.
