ISLAMABAD: Public Accounts Committee ordered Auditor General of Pakistan (AGP) to audit Supreme Court’s budget and submit comprehensive report on salaries, perks and privileges and plots alloted to judges of apex court.

PAC Chairman Noor Alam Khan directed AGP Muhammad Ajmal Gondal to submit report by March 30, saying matter has already been delayed lot and no further time would be given. PAC Chairman’s direction came after he recalled that AGP has not yet submitted report about apex court’s audit despite committee’s earlier directions.
