ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has said its order for not arresting Chairman PTI in lawyer Abdul Razzaq Shar case will stay. A 3-members bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial took up for hearing matter of nomination of Chairman PTI in murder case of lawyer Abdul Razzaq Shar.
Court adjourned hearing of case on plea of Imanullah Kinrani counsel for complainant. Investigation report in lawyer Abdul Razzaq Shar murder case against Chairman PTI was filed in court. IG Balochistan filed said investigation report.
It has been said in investigation report that Chairman PTI has not joined investigation so far despite several notices. Report further said that 7 members Joint Investigation Team was constituted by Interior Ministry on June 8 during investigation.
8 meetings of JIT have taken place so far under DIG CTD. It was decided to include 4 accused including Chairman PTI in investigation of case.
