ISLAMABAD: Adviser to Prime Minister Rana Sanaullah said that he was not in favour of cases against Bushra Bibi and sisters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder.

Expressing his thoughts to foreign media outlet, Sanaullah said. “It is normal for political leaders to face cases. But I am against involving women in cases.” He lavished his praise on JUI-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, saying, “Maulana Fazlur Rehman has played substantial role in line with 26th constitutional amendment.

PTI had agreed on draft of constitutional amendment proposed by JUI-F. “PTI has remained against approval of 26th constitutional amendment,” he stated. Speaking about Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Sanaullah said, “Way of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has stopped, but PTI has interfered more in this regard.” He maintained: “Justice Mansoor Ali Shah is competent judge. But PTI had resorted to propaganda against him.” “Justice Mansoor Ali Shah will not spearhead constitutional bench,” Sanaullah added. He said that Justice Mansoor Ali Shah would not become head of constitutional bench. “Justice Aminuddin Khan or Justice Jamal Mandokhel could chair constitutional bench.”  “PTI said that we have talked with him, Justice Mansoor Ali will tackle them after his coming (to office) in October,” PML-N leader said. “It becomes damaging if political party talks in such manner,” he said.
