‘NEXT IS NOW’ concludes: 22nd YLC empowers future change makers

Karachi: Young Leaders Conference (YLC), premier platform for nurturing leadership potential and inspiring change wrapped up its highly anticipated event with theme ‘NEXT IS NOW.’ Conference brought together diverse group of young leaders, visionaries and change-makers who gathered to explore, learn and connect with aim of shaping better future.
Under guidance of YLC Champ Ali Haider, conference showcased an array of thought-provoking sessions, interactive discussions and keynote addresses aimed at empowering next generation of leaders to tackle challenges of today and tomorrow.
Day’s agenda began with an energetic ‘Wake, Shake and Get Ready’ session to set tone for day. This was followed by breakfast, providing participants with fuel they needed to kickstart day’s activities.
Highlight of conference was keynote address by Ali Haider, titled ‘It’s Now! Next is Now!’ He encouraged participants to embrace theme of conference and become proactive leaders who bring about meaningful transformation.
Asma Yusuf explored, ‘Power of Sustainability,’ emphasising practical steps for daily sustainability. Asma shared practical tips for incorporating sustainability into daily life, highlighting that even small steps can make significant difference in building sustainable tomorrow.
Kamran Rizvi discussed ‘Creating Ecosystems Through Social Action Projects,’ guiding participants on sustainable business ideas. Ali Haider led session on ‘Your Social Action Projects-In Depth,’ highlighting their importance in addressing social issues.
Special thanks to KFC Pakistan for sponsoring lunch for participants on last day and making it more memorable for them. Participants had opportunity to learn more about School of Leadership’s offerings, presented by Talib Mirza and Simran Utradi. They engaged in team-building activities and were acknowledged for their contributions by Ali Haider during ‘Team Acknowledgments’ segment.
Day concluded on high note with ‘Inside Out’ by Waqar Ali, offering valuable insights into personal development and leadership growth. Shireen Naqvi, Kamran Rizvi and Waqar Ali and participants pledged to be ‘Leaders of Change.’
