New council hall with capacity of 600 seats to meet needs of city council: Kamran Tessori

Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori laid foundation stone of new building of KMC Council. Governor said that today is historic day for residents of city. He said that elected representatives of people in city council hall make necessary decisions about city.

Kamran Tessori said that new council hall of KMC will have capacity of 600 seats and this building will meet needs of city council for next hundred years, while new council building will have media gallery, mayor/deputy mayor/municipal commissioner. And there will be media offices. He said that services of architects have been obtained for construction of new building of Council Hall. Governor Sindh prayed decisions made in city council would be in wider interest of city and citizens. Governor said that Administrator Karachi Dr. Saifur Rehman has rendered significant services in short time.
