NEPRA approves to jack up power tariff for K-E consumers

ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has accorded approval to jack up power tariff by Rs 4.49 for K-Electric consumers. Increase in tariff for different categories will range between Rs 1.49 to Rs 4.49.

NEPRA issued decision on federal government request with reference to uniform tariff. According to decision recoveries will be made from consumers through electricity bills of four months under uniform tariff.
