قائد مسلم لیگ ن نوازشریف pic.twitter.com/iCbyDd8U18

Addressing a pressing conference, he asked if doctrine of necessity was only applicable to dictators. If such doctrine exists, it should have been let to use for prime minister too, he added. We had been watching for 70 years, he said, that elected PMs were kicked out and then judiciary gave them last push. Sharif spoke out against decision to disqualify him as PM, stating that it hurt future of country. He lamented fact that Pakistan was forced into debt and dependence on foreign aid. Sharif demanded answers from those responsible for his disqualification, stating that decision was made for sake of one person. He criticised wrong decisions made by those in power, which have ruined country’s economy. He emphasised that poor are unable to afford medicine and are forced to sell their belongings to pay for their medical bills.
“Pakistan’s economic struggles have led to country seeking financial assistance from friendly countries. However, some have criticised such judgments as being made for sake of one individual.” However, now we find ourselves in position where we are begging for one billion dollars, he said. “High prices of gold in Pakistan have made it difficult for many people to afford certain expenses, such as weddings.”
