Culture as 'compound which contains information, belief, art, ethics, law, custom and other skills learned by members of society.' Culture as 'classification of collective beliefs, values, customs, actions, and objects that members of society use to cope with their biosphere and with any another and that are transfer from generation to generation over learning.'

Culture is basis of elegant society and develops over time with its ethics and norms. It is not a permanent concept, however and can change for many reasons. One force that can cause a culture to modification is experience to other cultures' political and economic philosophies, social structures, religions, tongues and classes of education.

Culture of Pakistan is very different, with many ethnic groups that have dissimilar cultural ethics and rules. Reason for this is that, some time ago, area now known as Pakistan was attacked by many different nations or parties of people, British being most projecting and modern one. British ousting from Indian subcontinent in no way destined that custom they announced would waste away, western culture and its signs remain static valued over intrinsic duties, important to a thoughtful of migration of minds. This migration of mind is one of source causes of identity disaster we mainly youngsters face today.

This cultural situation started after independence, yet it was raised lengthy before by British powers. It attached with other issues like globalisation, technological changes and youth discouragement with intrinsic powers and has led to an growing impact from western culture. Growing trend of westernisation has taken our resident culture criminal in frequent aspects. Joint family system a trait of Pakistani culture is down its value besides looks to stand disappearing altogether, replaced by a culture of uniqueness. Youth of today believe in freedom and uniqueness. As a result, we have seen a rise in psychological disorders, divorces, suicides and crime.

Outdated idea of home based food in our culture is presence changed by fast food meals from restaurants like KFC, Pizza Hut, inspired by fast food classic. Pakistani dishes, which were prominent for their flavor are hardly usual to today's youth. As of today, we get cold drinks being used to such an amount that they are part of nearly every meal, even in official dinners. Pakistani youth, which formulae many of people, are rapidly actuality partial as they are most vulnerable. Extreme power that westernisation has had on our culture is on language.

Our mother language Urdu is being changed by English as a more public language used. This is fashionable because of amount of English medium schools in our nation and extreme use of email and messaging among public, which is commonly in English. Impact of English is so excessive that some adolescence feel ashamed speaking Urdu. Now fact, we have ongoing using English as a means to differentiate between high and low class.

Those who speak English expertly are measured among best class, even with fact that Urdu was allowed language of Pakistan till English was additional only a few years back. Effects stated above are in no way only areas where westernisation has had an impact. Westernisation has partial every feature of daily life, ranging from food to basic human rights. To that extent, even little details of daily life have been affected by westernisation, with both positive and negative properties on Pakistan's culture. Westernisation has been part of transformation process, which in no sense can be watched as unsafe. Instead, it is significant to study west's impact since, if we are not careful, it could have a bad effect on our culture and lead to disturbance of cultural values and civilizations.
