Name removal from ECL: SC to hear Rao Anwar plea today

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) will hear Naqeeb Ullah Masood murder case major accused Rao Anwar’s application to remove name from Exit Control List (ECL) today.

Three members bench led by Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan will hear the case. Keep clear that Anti-Terrorist Court on January 14, 2023 has issued verdict of Naqeeb Ullah Masood murder case. Court had acquitted all accused including SSP Rao Anwar.

After that Rao Anwar filed petition in Supreme Court in which he pleaded court that he has to go abroad for treatment purpose so his should be removed from the ECL.
