Islamabad: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has sacked Nadeem Khan, who was recently removed from the post of Director High Performance and transferred to the Women's Wing, and his salary was almost halved. According to the details, the jobs of many old officials were in jeopardy when the PCB Management Committee headed by Najam Sethi came in.
Those earning high salaries were given the option of resigning or working for lesser pay. Almost all saved their jobs temporarily by agreeing to take a pay cut. Earlier, the recommendation of an important person from UK had saved Nadeem's job. He was sidelined and sent to the women's wing but was later removed from the job due to some issues - more details will be revealed in this regard sooner.
Another PCB director is also expected to leave soon. His salary has also been halved while he has lost the powers he had in the past. He could be sent home after the New Zealand series.
