Mother of two handed over to father on fake marriage

SWAT: It has been revealed that married woman residing in Rustam area of Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was sold to three people under guise of fake marriage.  Mother of two children married in Samanabad, Lahore, while recording her statement in Swat court, exposed her brother-in-law and other gang members. Woman was later handed over to her father by court.

According to police officials, twenty Five-year-old Fazilat daughter of Hakeem Khan was married to Pervez Abbas, resident of Samanabad Lahore, seven to eight years ago. They have two kids namely six-year-old  Ayan Khan and five-year-old Shanza.

Recording her statement in judicial magistrate’s court in Matta Tehsil of Swat, Fazilat admitted that few months ago she had come to her sister’s house in Dargai area of Malakand. Where his brother-in-law Yar Muhammad, his father Muhib Ullah, brothers Ibrahim and Amir Muhammad including Shazada, Salman and a woman named Samina wife of Naik Muhammad seduced her and her name was changed to Kainat and I was revealed as daughter of Naik Muhammad. Later sold to person named Imtiaz in Sawabi district. Fazilat revealed in his statement that Imtiaz already had four wives. Week later, when Imtiaz brought her to Dargai, she did not go back to her in-laws.

Court handed her over to her father Hakeem Khan with her consent, while  Dargai Levies has also started an inquiry in this regard in Malakand.
