Mother moves IHC for recovery of allegedly kidnapped daughter

ISLAMABAD: Mother resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) for recovery of daughter following failure of police in tracing out her since last two months. Court has sought reply from Islamabad Police till January 30. Girl who is about 14 years old is missing since last two months. Case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Amir Farooq. Mother in her petition has taken plea daughter was allegedly abducted on November 18 last year while police arrested prime accused. But police has not recovered her so far.
She prayed court to order police to recover daughter. Court has sought reply from investigation officer and SHO Sangjani Police Station. Court was told that daughter works in homes as domestic servant. She went to do work at homes as usual but she did not return.
