Modi unveils his hegemonistic designs

With the passage of time, Modi Sarkar come with new tactics to sabotage peace in the region. His special plans revealed by him in which he focuses on acquiring arms and opening up new airbases is the latest case in point.

Yes, the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday performed the foundation-stone laying ceremony of a new airbase near the border with Pakistan border which shows his hegemonistic designs.

Though Modi claimed that the airbase is aimed at effective defence strategy but the reality is that India is mainly focused on increasing its weaponry and airbases as a display of its hegemonistic designs in the region. Earlier, while speaking at the Defence Expo 2022 in Gujarat's capital, Mr Modi revealed and boasted that Indian forces were now self-reliant in manufacturing war-weapons. He also revealed that his government will soon release a list and details of over one hundred  more what he called defence items that cannot be imported. As a matter of fact, the peace situation in the region, particularly the Indo-Pak relations have further disturbed since Modi's coming into power.

In fact, Modi Regime has not only unleashed a fresh reign of terror in the held valley of Kashmir but has also been subjecting the Muslim population of India to all sorts of discrimination and violent tactics.

His violent tactics can be gauged from the fact that an estimated ten lac occupation forces are present in occupied Kashmir and are committing serious human rights violations in the held valley. A recent report says that there is at least one soldier deployed for an average family consisting of six to eight persons. Modi-led BJP has totally changed the demographics of the Kashmir state which is basically part of the wider Modi's Hindu nationalist agenda.

In August last, when Pakistan along with Kashmiris marked the grim anniversary of the 5 August 2019 illegal move by the Modi government, to alter the demographics of the occupied state and to alter its internationally recognized disputed status at the cost of the Kashmiri majority population. During the last three years since the August 5 illegal steps, the Modi regime has issued millions of fake domiciles to non-Kashmiris in a bid to create Hindu-dominant constituencies and take control of the constituencies from indigenous Kashmiris, who are made to go through a lot of hassle and difficulties while obtaining domicile for their homeland. This means that India wants to obliterate the identity of Kashmiris which is against the UN Resolution which has given them the right to self-determination through Referendum in 1948.

In fact, the world pressure can make India to adhere to the UN Resolution on Kashmiri which calls for a plebiscite in Kashmiri to determine its position. But India is not willing to do so because the Kashmiris do not want to live under the Indian occupation and India is forcibly holding control of their fate which is against the UN Resolution and the international human rights  Just imagine, Kashmiris are deprived of their land, constituencies, and other resources with main jobs being converted to Hindus who have been recently issued fake domiciles in held Kashmir. In fact, the Modi regime has a total disregard for the world community.

That's why it is going with all ruthless measures to subjugate Indian Muslims and the Kashmiris to violent tactics. Time has the world should exert pressure on the Modi regime to stop their unilateral steps in the held valley and adhere to the UN resolution on Kashmiri to hold a plebiscite in the held valley. Unfortunately, the Modi-led BJP has deepened its root in India. Modi-led BJP), is becoming stronger with the passage of time which is evident from its election victory in Uttar Pradesh few months back.

In fact, it is endorsement of Modi's fanatic policies and his vision of guiding India into a fanatic state. With this victor, India's tall claims of secular state also stand exposed.  UP plays a pivotal role in India politics as it is the most populous state in India due to which a high number of legislators from UP make to  Indian Parliament. One wonders how Modi-led parties have deepened their roots in India politics which is evident from this broad social coalition based on caste and class mainly Hidutuva mantra, which has been the driving force behind Narendra Modi's electrical victories since 2014 After this victory, the BJP's Hindu nationalist agenda has prevailed.

That India is inching closer to authoritarian state has also been acknowledged at world level as is evident from the recent data released by the Swedish V-Dem Institute, which included India among the list of states, which are fast tilting towards authoritarianism. This victory has set the alarm bells ringing for the Indian minorities, especially Muslims who are on the Radar of Modi's fanatic goons. Here one may recall the series of fanatic moves by BJP durin last one year and its like-minded groups who targeted the India Muslims.   Earlier this year, a Muslim girl Muskan was heckled for wearing hijab.

The local authorities of Karnataka, which is ruled by RSS fanatics and where 12 per cent of the population consists of  Muslims, few months had ordered the students to follow a particular dress codes which also include a ban on hijab. This was in continuation of the plans of the Indian fanatics who in December last chalked out a plan to wipe out Muslims.

Yes, in December last year, there was call for genocide of Muslims in India, when leaders from several far-right groups in India met on Dec 26, calling  for the ethnic cleansing of minorities mainly Muslims in the country. Their main target is  200 million Indian Muslims indeed. It's not that Dalit and other minorities are safe in India but Muslims bear the brunt of the situation.

The Hindutva leader Yati Narsinghanand, in his "hate speech conclave" in city of Haridwar,  had made specific  calls  for ethnic cleaning of minorities last year and to damage their worship places. That PM Modi kept a mum on the issue and did not initiate any action against extremist Hindutva groups, means that he is patronizing these groups. In fact, it is Modi's innate desire of hegemony and its continued occupation of Jammu and Kashmir in contravention of the UN resolutions. Modi's regime since its coming power in 2014 has adopted a hostile behavior towards Pakistan and the Muslims in India.

Whether it is the Assam state or the occupied valley of Kashmir or for that matter any part of India, Muslims are being subjected to all sorts of discrimination and torture. India is so deep in its fanatic thinking that it has even mingled sports with politics.
