Minister LG Nasir Hussain inspects flower exhibition at Bagh e Rizwan

Karachi: Sindh Minister LG Syed Nasir Hussain Shah along with Administrator Karachi Dr. Saif-ur-Rehman, Administrator DMC East, Syed Shakeel Ahmed and Municipal Commissioner Faheem Khan inspected flower exhibition held at Bagh Rizwan.

Minister talking to people and media representatives said that flower exhibition organised by DMC East is one of best exhibitions. Administrator Karachi Dr. Saif-ur-Rehman, Administrator East and Syed Shakeel Ahmed are doing good job for promotion of greenery. Work is being done on restoration of about 500 roads after rain, projects that are going on will be completed soon.

He asked children of vising schools that plants given to them by DMC should be planted in appropriate place with their name and cared to turn into tree. Trees are must for increase greenery. He lauded initiative of giving awareness lectures to students about plants.

Syed Shakeel Ahmed said that he is grateful to Minister LG Sindh for coming to flower exhibition. Botanists came here and gave awareness to students about usefulness of plants and their impact on environment.

Fahim Khan said that every effort has been made to spread message through flower exhibition by providing information about utility of plants and eco-friendly plants.
