Met office reports cold, dry weather in Karachi

Karachi is experiencing partly cloudy, cold, and dry weather, causing morning fog that limits visibility in the city.
The meteorological department reported a minimum temperature of 17 degrees Celsius and expects the maximum to range between 28 to 29 degrees Celsius in Karachi. The air humidity stands at 38%, as stated by the Met Office.
The weather forecast indicates cold, dry conditions prevailing in most districts of Sindh, with potential fog and smog anticipated in Jacobabad, Mohen Jo Daro, Sukkur, Larkana, Dadu, Ghotki, and Padidan.
Similarly, Balochistan's majority of districts are expected to endure cold and frosty weather, while northern regions face extreme cold conditions.
Across the country, the Met Office predicts cold, dry weather, with chances of sporadic light rain in some areas and snowfall anticipated in the mountains of Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Fog and smog are expected to persist in the plains of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and upper Sindh.
