KARACHI: Spokesperson of Sindh government and Advisor to CM on Law, Murtaza Wahab said that Peoples’ Party won highest number of Union Committees in Karachi. Therefore, first right in democracy has one who has majority of seats.

It may be clear that people have given majority to Party, so mayor of Karachi will be Jiyala of Party. Inaugurating three-kilometer-long road in Ibrahim Haidari Umar Colony Wahab he said that Peoples’ Party believes in serving people without discrimination.

We own each area that belongs to people. He lamented that previous governments did not work in these areas, but PPP government, being people’s government has done development work in backward areas. It does not believe merely in making announcements and promises. Sindh government completed many projects in Korangi district. Believers in criticism for sake of criticism should know that this is proper way to serve as we are doing here and in every part of city.

He announced that new dual-carriageway road would open to public in six weeks. People of all nationalities live in Omar Colony. He said that people of Korangi will soon listen to more good news about development work in their area.

He remarked that direction of our leadership is to prioritise solutions to people’s problems, which is why entire Sindh government is solving public problems. In response to question, Murtaza Wahab said that PPP believes in serving people and our projects are proof of this, which is why people make PPP successful in every election.

Member of Sindh Assembly Mahmood Alam Jamot, Special Assistant to Chief Minister and President of Party Malir Salman Abdullah Murad, Project Director of KNIP Nazir Memon and others were present.
