KARACHI: Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) announced schedule for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part I and II examinations. According to schedule issued by Board, matric exams will begin on May 8. As per schedule, science group exams will be held in morning while general exams will be held in evening. Meanwhile, regular candidates can get hard copies of their roll number slips from their schools while admit cards will be dispatched to residential address of private candidates.

Sindh postpones outsourcing of board exams Earlier, education boards of Sindh opposed Sindh government’s move to outsource entire examination system of public and private educational institutions to third-party organisation.

According to sources, education board’s chairmen in Sindh opposed Sindh’s Department of Universities and Boards’ decision to outsource examinations this year as, according to them, matric, inter exams are set to commence next month and it is impossible to proceed with outsourcing plan.
