Maryam vows to provide opportunities to youth, minorities in elections

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz said efforts would be made to bring more young populace and minorities to forefront of politics.

She made these remarks while heading session in which members and officials of Muslim Students Federation and minority wing participated.

Maryam expressed satisfaction over performances of MSF and minority wing regarding election that would take place on February 8. It was decided in meeting to speed up election activities across country and also to mobilise youth in four provinces including federation, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

She said, “PML-N will increase role of youth and minorities in politics while mentioning that youth are capital of country and their development will lead to progress of country.

She claimed that under leadership of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, country would take positive turn towards prosperity.

She said that Nawaz Sharif wanted youth to be vanguard of political activities in general elections as they youth would be future leaders while highlighting that active role of minorities in election activities would strengthen democratic culture.

MSF and Minority wing appreciated Maryam Nawaz Sharif for extending political opportunities and they pledged to work for betterment of country under leadership of Nawaz Sharif.
