Maryam admits, no chance of immediate relief to masses

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz admitted that there was no chance of immediate relief to masses. Speaking to media, Maryam Nawaz said that although country was facing difficult times, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was making all-out efforts to take country out of quagmire. Talking about her new role in PML-N, She said, “PML-N supremo and PM Shehbaz Sharif has handed over responsibility to me ahead of my surgery.”
Maryam Nawaz said that she was not aware of overwhelming response from masses on her arrival at airport. “I told Nawaz Sharif that people gave me responses beyond my expectations.” She admitted that party matters were impacted by absence of PML-N supremo in country.
Maryam Nawaz clarified that she is not interested in becoming prime minister or chief minister after upcoming general elections in country. During an informal interaction with journalists she categorically said, My focus is not on slot of prime minister or chief minister. Responding to question, she said that PML-N would hold public rallies near upcoming elections. Entire programme of Tanzeemi (organising) Convention was arranged by Nawaz Sharif himself.
PML-N stalwart said for now, Junaid her son had also no intention of joining politics. Junaid has to take responsibility for his home first, she said on lighter note.
