LAHORE: Information Minister Marryium Aurangzeb bemoaned Bushra Bibi, spouse of Imran Kahn for sending legal notice to PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz. Former first lady served notice over smearing and demanded public apology from Maryam Nawaz in seven days to avoid any legal actions. She gave reference to speech made by Maryam Nawaz on May 1, 2023, in legal notice.

Information Minister took to twitter and hit out at Bushra Bibi for beginning legal battle. Maryam Nawaz has exposed PTI leadership’s thefts, she said, adding that ‘veiled woman’ should go to court to answer queries about their action.

She mentioned transcript of video clip of Nawaz’s address to Labour Day convention in Lahore. Relevant video clip of Maryam Nawaz has also been attached.

Bushra Bibi declared Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s statement as part of vilification propaganda campaign aimed to harm, defame and denigrate her and her family with criminal objects to benefit political opponents of her husband (Imran Khan).
