Liaquatabad Town Eid Milad-un-Nabi arrangements in full swing: Chairman

Karachi: Chairman Liaquatabad Town in meeting of scholars regarding arrangements for celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH). Meeting reviewed arrangements made for arrangements.

Chairman said that it is our responsibility to follow good deeds. We should forge unity among Muslims and religious tolerance in month of Rabi-ul-Awwal.

Arrangements are completed around masajid and imam bargahs in Liaquatabad Town, special cleaning and lighting arrangements are afoot and passageways of procession, their lining other municipal matters are being accrued out.

Town will set up reception camps on procession routes, where people will be showered with flowers and offered cold drinks.

Vice Chairman Ishaq Timuri said scholars and guests are our pride and we get light from their suggestions on diversified matters. We are fortunate that Lord has made us Ummah of Last (PBUH).

Chairman Liaquatabad Town Faraz Haseeb said arrangements we are nearing completion of arrangements with help of all stakeholders.

Chairman Liaquatabad Town Ishaq Timuri, scholars, organisers of mahfil naat and procession committee members, Director Sanitation Nasir Khan, Deputy Director, Deputy Director Park Rehan Hamdani, In-charge M&E Muhammad Asghar, SHO Liaquatabad, Solid Waste Management Board officers, Union Committee chairmen and vice chairmen and local government officials were present.
