LHC rejects petition against appointment of advisors to CM Punjab

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected petition filed against appointment of advisors to CM Punjab declaring it non maintainable. Petition came up for hearing before single bench of LHC led by Justice Faisal Zaman.

Court while inquiring from petitioner remarked if it is petition of public interest then details should have been written. How this petition is maintainable. How can you file petition. Petitioner said there is no law with regard to appointment of advisors. Court remarked go to proper forum and get decide it.
