LHC rejects Buzdar’s plea to bar Anti-Corruption from disciplinary action

LAHORE: While rejecting plea of former Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar to bar Anti-Corruption from disciplinary action against him, Lahore High Court (LHC) summoned former Chief Minister on April 17 next.

Court had conducted hearing on plea for details of inquiries and cases filed against Sardar Usman Buzdar in Anti-Terrorism. “If petitioner is afraid of arrest, he should appear before court and get interim bail,” Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh said.
