LHC issues notice to govt, others on POL price hike petition

LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notices to federal government and others on petition filed against hike in prices of petroleum products besides seeking reply from them.  According to reports petition against increase in prices of petroleum products came up for hearing in LHC. Petitioner took plea federal government scaled up prices of petroleum products without any solid reason. 

Petitioner has prayed court to nullify the hike in prices of petroleum products. Court while issuing notice to federal government and others has sought reply from them.
