LG polls: ECP issues notice to Sindh govt over violation

KARACHI: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued notice to Sindh government over code violation during Local Government (LG) polls in Karachi and Hyderabad.

According to an ECP spokesperson, Election Commission has sent notice to ruling party of Sindh through Chief Secretary for violating code of conduct during LG polls in Karachi and Hyderabad. As per details, provincial government violated code of conduct by running advertisement campaigns for their candidates during polling process.
