KARACHI: Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) has achieved a major financial milestone, with its monthly revenue surpassing Rs 2 billion.

According to the KW&SC Spokesperson, the achievement is a result of Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab and the Managing Director KW&SC Engineer Asadullah Khan's strategic planning and the team's relentless efforts.

The record increase in revenue has been made possible through modern reforms, the exceptional performance of officers and employees, and effective administrative policies.

On this occasion, Mayor Karachi praised the Managing Director KW&SC and the entire staff for their dedication, stating that financial stability will not only benefit the organization but also its employees and the citizens of Karachi.

Murtaza Wahab emphasized that improved financial health will allow for significant enhancements in the city's water supply and sewerage systems, ensuring the timely completion of ongoing projects.

He reaffirmed the KW&SC administration's commitment to further increasing revenue and transforming the KW&SC into a model institution.

The Mayor Karachi also urged residents to pay their monthly bills and outstanding dues on time to help improve water supply and sewerage services across the city.
